Bloody Wind!

Bloody Wind!

Yesterday was a long 4 & half hours on the bike. I was finding uphill
most of the day into the wind. Even downhill I had to pedal. I made it
to a campground just outside of Newport where I called it quits for
the day after 50 miles. My legs just couldn't spin anymore. I don't
remember much of the last 20 miles as I just put my head down and
pedaled through the pain. Not sure if there was anything worth taking
a picture of or not. Not sure where I am going today maybe Cape
Lookout, but who knows howling the legs will keep spinning into the
wind today. It is sunny again, but windy as well and I am stiff from
yesterday. Let's hope it is quite as windy today shall we?
