bed before updating. So here is a quick recap for you.
I was woken up by a park ranger around 9:30 asking for my money cause
I hadn't paid the night before. Glad I didn't too for I saved myself
$5. Once awake I read for a little bit the took off around 12 as the
hostel I was headed too didn't open until 5:30, thus I wasn't in a rush.
Once on the road I hit a great spot where I am pretty sure I could see
Mt. St. Helens and I just looked at the majestic mountain for some
time. I got going again only to face some little mountains of my own.
I climbed for 2 miles on one and another mile on the other and they
were straight and steep. Not the most fun I have had! Plus they just
leveled off no big fun descent!
After riding through Centralia, Rochester, and Oakville I came to
Elma, where I stopped. I put in 60 miles and crashed at Grays Harbor
Hostel and I am glad I did because it rained hard all night long. The
owner tried to coax me into playing a round of disc golf with him, but
I was beat as I climbed a lot and it was hot and windy most of the
day. I fell asleep reading around 10 and woke up at 1 am to the rain,
smiled and went back to sleep in the warm bed.
